Our thoughts make us who we are
This is a very deep and profoud concept to grasp, but in fact may be more true than we might first realize. When we think of what is "real" we often think of physical things we can touch, feel, hear, etc., but what about things we can't directly sense? What are thoughts? Are thoughts "real"? These type of questions help us to open our eyes to what "real" really is. In fact if we assume that thoughts are as real as what we physically persceive as being real, we then can when we change our thoughts we expect ourselves to physically change. This is an incredibly profound concept to try to come to grips with but our thoughts are not simply random words being utter in our brain, but they are us. So the best way to change your entire life, whether outwardly or inwardly, is to change your thoughts so that they are only focused on things that can help you grow. So remember to always think, but more importantly think positively, because you are your own thoughts and everything you will ever achieve must first be thought of.
