Every Goal Starts With Go
It doesn't matter if your goal is to reach the moon or simply to try to lose a few pounds, every goal starts with GO! Keep this always in mind, and don't worry about how big or small your goal is because at the end of the day if you don't go try to accomplish it, it won't accomplish itself. Sometimes simply attempting a goal will make the process much more clear than had you not yet attempted it. In fact, starting a goal is often the hardest process but once you get going, everything usually becomes easy and fits into place. So remember to never doubt yourself and GO!
